Here is the number to call the amazon associates customer service and talk to a human being at the program:

When you call amazon they will verify your account, payee, and address. HOWEVER, they cannot give you specific information about your account.

What happens is they take your question or suggestion, relay this to some other people that you aren't allowed to talk to, and then you hope the special people actually email you.

It's been a week and a half I've been trying to talk to someone about a specific of my account with no luck.
